Three ways to work together
Bring an existing specification, a reference image or simply a purpose. We agree the scope and deliverables before work begins.
For a clear product direction. Start with an available construction and select suitable materials, colors, branding and packaging.
For an idea that needs a making plan. We help develop material, construction and branding options, coordinate samples and refine the selected direction.
For an approved design. We coordinate production, agreed checks, packaging and delivery arrangements, and retain the specification for future orders.
Design support covers product selection, materials, colors, construction details and the application of your existing brand artwork. Brand identity, original illustration, character design and engineering requirements are assessed separately.
Our initial product focus
Custom jewelry pouches and dust bags for leather goods are our first focus. Explore four sample concepts, then shape the fabric, fit and finish around your product.
Dimensions shown are proposed finished outer sizes. These are design concepts; fabric, usable space and final construction are confirmed through sampling.
It starts with the feel
Fine synthetic microfiber lends a quiet, tactile finish to jewelry packaging. Explore a simple pouch or a lined design with separate compartments.
See it. Feel it. Refine it.
A digital proof can show placement. A physical sample helps you assess touch, fit, stitching and the finish of your branding.
01 / Explore
Compare available fabrics, colors or existing workmanship before settling on a direction.
Availability, sample quantity and shipping are confirmed first. Reference samples do not replace your custom approval.02 / Develop
Review the agreed dimensions, construction, material and logo application together.
The quote defines sample quantities, revision rounds, setup costs and delivery arrangements.03 / Approve
Establish the reference for the bulk order, including specifications and acceptable variations.
If a new sample is not needed, the existing sample or alternative approval basis is agreed explicitly.Have a different gift or packaging project in mind? Share your brief. Products involving lighting, power or charging functions need a separate feasibility and testing assessment.
Discuss sample optionsHow pricing works
Initial project discussions are free. Development, samples and production are quoted for your specification and quantity, with inclusions explained before work begins.
Request a project quoteA project fee for agreed concept work, specifications, files and revision rounds. Straightforward branding already included in the product price is not charged again.
Quoted by material, construction, decoration and sample quantity. Tooling, special materials and sample shipping are identified. Any credit toward production is stated explicitly.
The confirmed quantity multiplied by the unit price for your approved specification. Included packaging and coordination are defined; any separate project fee is itemized.
Assembly, extra inspection, third-party testing, expedited work or special packing are quoted separately when needed.
Quoted for the destination, packed size and transport method. Responsibility for freight, insurance, duties and taxes is stated in the order.
Product version, materials, construction, dimensions and tolerances, quantities, unit and total prices, one-time charges, sample arrangements, packaging, agreed checks, shipping and tax terms, payment milestones and quote validity. Development, production and shipping times are stated separately.
Stage payments. Development and sampling begin after scope approval and the agreed stage payment. Production starts when approval, deposit and material conditions are met. Currency, payment methods and balance milestones are confirmed in the quote or pro forma invoice.
Changes. Revision rounds are defined in the quote. Changes to approved specifications or additional work are assessed for cost and timing before proceeding. Delivery that differs from the agreed specification is reviewed separately.
Cancellation. Cancellation, refund and sample-credit terms are confirmed before payment, including how completed work and purchased materials are handled.
From first brief to the next order
Each stage has a clear decision to make. We document the details so you know what is being sampled, approved and produced.
Product, use, quantity, budget, destination and your required arrival date.
Confirm deliverables, pricing, revisions and timing. Complex ideas may start with a development stage.
Document size, material, construction, branding and packaging. Provide artwork you are authorized to use.
Give consolidated feedback, then approve the sample, specifications and acceptable variations in writing.
Production starts after the agreed conditions are met. Checks and any specialized testing follow the order scope.
Confirm packing, destination, shipping and payment conditions. Report any issue with photos, quantities and batch details.
Revisit the approved specification and reconfirm materials, pricing and timing for your reorder.
A good place to begin
Let’s make it tangible
A product, a reference or a reason to make something. Start with what you know; the details can develop from there.
Before we begin
We assess small-batch options by product and customization method. Available materials and existing constructions may allow lower quantities. Custom dyeing, tooling or coordinated sets can require different minimums. We confirm the minimum for your specific configuration.
Ask about material or reference samples, custom samples and pre-production samples. Availability, charges and shipping are confirmed before proceeding. Reference samples illustrate materials or workmanship; they do not replace approval of your custom specification.
Depending on the product, options may include dimensions, materials, colors, linings, cords, branding and packaging. We confirm which options suit your quantity and intended use. Physical swatches and samples help assess color and finish; screen colors are for reference.
We support product selection, materials, colors and application of your existing brand artwork. The quote defines files and revisions included. Brand identity, original illustration, character design and engineering requirements are assessed separately.
The starting products show proposed finished outer dimensions. Allow for seams, the drawstring channel and product depth. Include handles, chains and hardware when reviewing fit, and confirm the usable space with a physical sample.
Timing depends on the product, materials, sampling, approvals, quantity and destination. We quote development, production and shipping separately, with clear starting conditions. Tell us your required arrival date early so we can assess feasibility.
Delivery options are confirmed for your destination during quotation. Shipping arrangements and responsibility for import-related costs are agreed before the order is placed. Special packaging or multi-address delivery requires a separate assessment.
Yes, subject to material and production availability. We refer to the approved specification and check changes before quoting. Colors, materials, pricing and timing are reconfirmed for each order.
